Jaggery...

Welcome to Jaggery, this is my demo website to explore and experiment with serverless webhosting on AWS.

In terms of contents this is a rough draft of all about my interests/hobbies and things I consider as fun things to do.

Jaggery that I knew as a child growing up in India is made using sap from date palm. Harvesting of the sap happens in winter months. The sugary nectar traditionally harvested wee hours of the morning, then cooked on open fire, gets caramelized and thickened and then poured into moulds and left to become somewhat hard solid super sweet thing we know as jaggery.

That probably all I have on Jaggery for now.
